Chris Hendry

Chris is YYT's lead singer, occasional rhythm guitar player, facial hair grower, and pun master.  Chris likey the beat and those that feel it.  Influences range from older music to new, and there is always room for some Goulet.  While you can sometimes find Chris behind the drum kit, these days you're most likely to see him front and centre with his trusty old Takamine.  Chris also uses natural lips, lungs, and vocal cords.

Cordell Clarke

Cordell is a "quiet, oft misunderstood soul" who plays guitar in YYT. He started playing at age 7 and continued to torture the instrument and his parents for the next 13 years. An obsession with the 80's and everything Rock & Roll (and maybe a little Jack Daniels) has kept him alive since then. You can find Cordell noodling on guitar most of the time or getting sentimental over 80's movies......Save Ferris.....Luke, I am your father.......Nobody puts Baby in a corner...Hey, You Guys!!....Say hello to my little friend...Number 5 is alive!

Gus Yetman

Gus is the bassist and chief head-nodder of YYT.  He started playing guitar at the age of 12 in an unsuccessful attempt to impress girls, but many moons later fell in love with the low end.  Gus grew up listening to Motley Crue, Poison, Cinderella and Def Leppard, but is also a closeted Abba fan (he still has a picture of Bjorn above his bed).  Gus plays Fender basses and Markbass amps.

Scott Thistle

Scott is the YYT keyboard guru, lighting tech and Official Head of Security.  He started playing keys at age 7, but got into synthesizers in his teenage years because pianos were too hard to carry around!  After more than 36 years playing keys, he can find 'middle C' eight times out of ten!  Always a hard rock headbanger, he fits in quite well with the rest of the YYT crew.  With 5 keyboards and a new Ax Synth, he is constantly seeking more stage space!  He plans to stay with YYT unless his application as a keyboard player with AC/DC pans out!

John Aylward

The newest addition to YYT, John brings years of drumming experience to the band.  John has played with buckets of bands on the downtown circuit, and his versatility is evident of that fact.  If asked to pick his favourite genre, it would probably be 80s hair metal but Neil Diamond is close to his heart too.  John beats the crap out of whatever kit is put in front of him.
